Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every quote, assignment and collaboration between 0642media and the client. Deviating terms are only valid when agreed in writing.

0642media offers services in digital strategy, websites and landing pages, content marketing, content production, paid campaigns and brand presence.

Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur default interest and administrative costs in accordance with applicable law.

0642media performs the work to the best of its ability and in line with what was agreed in the quote or contract. Deadlines are indicative unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

The client provides the required information, content, access and feedback in good time. Delays in delivery may impact the project schedule.

All concepts, designs and content developed by 0642media remain the property of 0642media until the invoice is paid in full. After payment, usage rights are transferred to the client in line with the agreement.

0642media cannot be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages. Liability is in any case limited to the value of the relevant assignment.

In case of cancellation by the client, work already performed and costs already incurred will be invoiced. Termination of an ongoing collaboration must be confirmed in writing.

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. Failing that, the competent Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
